over the past 4 years, shalimar Board members Delroy Bergsma, a registered psychologist, and Robert Binsiar, a Tjiwarl man from the Northern Goldfields area, have worked together in professional and personal capacities to build tailored services, using music as a medium. Their work has centred on practical solutions and artistic strategies to prevent suicide - at all levels of community. 
their work has been recognised:                 at a local level, for NAIDOC week in Meekatharra, 2019:                 –	Robert being awarded the Elder Of The Year Award and                 –	Delroy being awarded the Non-Indigenous Person Of The Year Award                at a National level, with Delroy and Robert receiving invitations to speaking engagements at:                 –	The NACCHO Indigenous Mens’ Conference in Melbourne, and                –	The National Youth Suicide Prevention Forum in Brisbane.               at international level, Delroy and Robert received an invitation to speak at the World Indigenous Suicide Prevention Conference in Winnipeg, Canada.                their work has also been featured in a nationally-broadcasted ABC 7:30 Report:
